How do I change or cancel a plan?
From Settings, Account. Upgrades, downgrades and cancellation all happen in the billing portal, and a cancelled plan keeps working to the end of the period you already paid for.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Free needs an email address, nothing else.
Can I use it from Claude?
Yes, on every plan. Connect DunPilot as an MCP server and start a timer, ask what is owed, or have a reminder drafted without leaving the chat.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, from Settings, at any time. You can reset invoices and clients or delete everything.
